We work across a range of sectors and industries and our assignments span many different areas of expertise. The following provides samples of our work.

  • Developed Partnership Strategy for UN Specialized Agency. Designed comprehensive Pan-African Partnership Strategy, which entailed consultation with broad variety of stakeholders in the 46 African Member States with particular emphasis on the role of the private sector in in meeting international development goals and objectives.

  • Assessed Progress towards the MDGs for the biggest economy in West Africa. Reviewed progress towards attaining the MDG’s, devised a plan securing partner and stakeholder buy-in and conducted a consensus building workshop that cut across the line ministries and included key stakeholders..

  • Designed key elements of philanthropic initiative for Multinational Company. The initiative was designed to support African business entrepreneurs and our services included consultation with prominent business owners, identification of African business-entrepreneurs to serve as role models on the basis of their acumen and success, and recommendations for the project roll out.

  • Design and lead consultants on multiple Global Fund Application for Government in Southern Africa and served as strategic consultant to prominent organizations including but not limited to SAB Miller, University of Stellenbosch and Technical Support Facility for Southern Africa.

  • Undertook Organizational Assessment and developed member acquisition and retention strategy for international business association. The work included a rapid organizational assessment and a membership survey to determine member satisfaction levels, determine member needs and interests, and provide strategic input for the design of the strategy.

  • Designed strategy to enhance investments into key Child Health Interventions for UN Agency notably as it related to introductions of new vaccines, strengthening of routine immunization efforts and research and development of new vaccines in Africa.

  • Signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with large Government Agency to engage private sector to prevent new HIV infections in African youth using innovative projects and creative financing mechanisms.

  • Serve as team member of Local Funding Agent to the Global Fund to fight Aids, TB and Malaria. CSI+ consultants provide technical expertise in the fields of health and monitoing and evaluation pertinent to the grants carried out in recipient countries.

  • Developed a strategy for a nutrition-focused health initiative for International Development Organization. The initiative will be launched and executed under leadership of major multinational companies in Southern Africa.

  • Developed global workplace program for Multinational Organization. The effort included analysis of peer organization efforts, identification of best practices and benchmarking as well as production of cross-cultural documents for multi-purpose.

  • Undertook comprehensive scan of the business environment for international organization. The work included analysis of the business environment in three major African economies and recommendations for the organization to rapidly expand its business in Africa.

  • Mapping of progress towards MDG for UN agency. Undertook comprehensive mapping of all UN agency efforts in a developing country in Africa with the purpose of enhancing UN reform efforts.

  • Developed a variety of marketing, advocacy and communication materials and organized international events and outreach efforts for a wide range of partners including UN Agencies and the private sector throughout the world.

  • Served as strategic advisor on business re-engineering, organizational development and market strategy for several international organizations and multinational companies with presence or interest in emerging economies.
