Name
A coxswain (cox) is the smallest member of a rowing crew. The role of the cox within a crew is to motivate the rowers, coordinate their rhythm, steer their direction, execute the race plan, and channel the crew’s collective power to the final destination. The cox leads a team to bring out the best of what they have to offer in order to achieve a greater goal.
By engaging with Coxswain you will get the vision, guidance, and support it takes to compose and lead the team you need to arrive successfully regardless of your destination.
With strong ties to the small kingdom of Denmark, CSI+ proudly shares the determination, sturdiness, and adventurous spirit of the Vikings, who ventured out in their long ships to explore vast new worlds.
Our leadership is inspired by one of the greatest captains and businessmen, Mr. A.P. Moller. Mr. Moller founded the world's largest shipping company, Maersk, on the basis of clear vision, sound business practices, a genuine interest in and understanding of each market, humbleness and respect: principles by which we at CSI+ genuinely abide.
