Nan is a recognized international expert in HIV/AIDS, International Public Health, project management and field research. Her career includes a remarkable experience in several professional positions of high responsibility within the United Nation System and its associated specialized agencies and the GlobalFund for which she served as Programme Officer for East Asia, Pacific &Oceania Cluster and as Fund Portfolio Manager for the West and Central Africa Cluster.

 She has participated and leaded strategic missions in several countries in Asia and Africa and represented the Global Fund in a range of contexts, including political leaders, development partners, the privatesector and civil society. Nan has also a valuable expertise on the Technical Review Panel process, on the role of the Global Fund LFA as a member of the ad-hoc LFA evaluation group and on the Global Fund Board members as she processes as voluntary member of the Board Report Team (BRT) within the Board Relations Unit.

Nan holds an MBA in Project Management at the African Institute of Management of Dakar, Senegal, a BA of Arts in Management from the Webster University of Geneva, Switzerland, as well as several recognized international training certificates.
